What is linocut printmaking?

A linocut is made by carving into a linoleum surface, rolling ink over it and applying pressure to fabric or paper to make a relief print. Essentially, the parts of the design that is not to be printed is carved away, leaving a raised surface.

Hand printed and designed in Chico, CA!

Does the print last?

Yes! All prints are printed with permanent, non-toxic fabric inks and heat set. There is a slight fading after first wash, (which gives a cool retro-stamp look) then it's long lasting!
